If you go up to about 103rd street on the west side of the park, there's an area called the North Woods and it my my favourite part of the park. it's absolutely beautiful and it's like having this small sample of a forest in the middle of Manhattan. And the great part is no one really wander up that far North. So it's not as tourist and traffic laden as the other parts of the park.
